The KIDS COUNT Fact Book reports on 40 indicators that together reflect the overall well-being of children in our state. This vital source of information is a compilation of a variety of state agencies throughout Delaware. It is used by communities, organizations and agencies in assessing needs of children in their area and determining where to best allocate resources.
